Akash has been working as a corporate and commercial lawyer for more than a decade.
He has been involved in drafting and negotiating transaction documents for
mergers and acquisitions, private equity and banking and finance transactions.
Akash has negotiated and closed complex commercial agreements for
healthcare and pharma companies. He has represented clients across industries
including automobile, pharmaceuticals, infrastructure, fintech, cement and
manufacturing. Clients have consistently praised his problem-solving acumen
and unwavering reliability, underscoring his commitment to delivering
exceptional legal solutions.

Prior to establishing his corporate practice, Akash has worked with top-tier law
firms in India. He was a Leader in the Corporate and Transactions team at
Nishith Desai Associates and a Senior Associate in the Corporate and Banking
team at Tatva Legal Hyderabad.

Akash graduated from National Law University Odisha in 2015, ranking in the
top 10% of the batch. Further, he completed his post-graduation in Business
Laws from National Law School of India University, Bangalore in 2017.
